Have you ever faced with the situation of violent vibration or big noises in the use of rice straw pellet mill? In production practice, this is normal, even household washing machine sometimes occurs. Firstly stop machine, check the following parts of the problem may happened.

1.Bearing: Bearing problems will cause abnormal operation the fluctuating current, so we should check all wear and replace bearings if necessary.

2.Ring die. Ring die blocked, or only a portion of the orifice discharge; foreign body enters the ring die; ring die round loss, the pressure roller and the die gap is too tight; the pressure roll wear or pressure roller bearing damage; all the problems had a bad influence of operation. Check or replace ring die depends different situations, and adjust the nip.

3.Couplings. Rice straw pellet mill will vibrate violently when its coupling corrects imbalance; as well as pinion seals are easily damaged , so make sure the coupling correcting to the horizontal.

4.Spindle. Rice straw pellet mill spindle is not tightened, the spindle loose will produce axial movement around the press roller swing significantly; pellet machine makes great noises and vibration. Which is difficult to granulate. Tight the spindle nut tail and round butterfly.

5. Conditioning time and temperature. Raw material is too dry or too humid can cause abnormal discharge, and therefore strictly controlled quenching time and temperature, keep the raw water into the machine, only this the pellet machine can work properly.

6. Conditioner. There will be violent shaking when the conditioner tail rattling of rice straw pellet mill fixing loosely or no fixing. So we need to reinforcement tail in order to reduce vibration and noises.
