Three Agent Problems of Biomass Pellet Mill

Biomass pellet fuel is a new type of clean fuel produced by the biomass pellet machine. It plays an important role in the whole energy system. But in industrial practice, there are still many problems to be solved, I would like to introduce three major issues in the following.

1. Storage and transportation of raw materials

Its raw materials are the agricultural and forestry waste, which are seasonal and difficult to collect and transport. Agricultural production is in the vast area of farmland so that crops stalks are widely distributed in rural areas;and the size of the straw is too large to transport; branches and other forest wastes are mostly distributed in mountainous areas, which means a inconvenience traffic and a large amount of collecting work. All of those greatly increase the difficulty of intensive and organized production.

2.Higher production costs, a breakthrough of key technology is agent needed.

It’s proved that the cost of room temperature compression method to produce biomass pellet fuel is about 250 yuan / ton, adding the cost of the raw materials, it can be reached 300, 400 yuan / ton, so the price advantage is not so obvious in the situation--- decline of coal prices. In addition, the power consumption of molding technology is relatively large.

3. Lack of reasonable and effective operation mode, uncompleted service supply system

A scientific and completed service management system is not set up yet, like lack of publicity, environmental awareness, which bring a negative impact on the market space of biomass pellet. But biomass pellet still has a relatively broad prospect, and it attracts more and more attention and recognition.

Biomass pellet mill contributes to solving those problems, not only can develop a broader market space for the production and development of biomass pellet, but also create good economic benefits and social benefits.
