1. Foreign matters. Powder can not have iron, stone and other different hard objects, in the extrusion process they rub with loop die, which accelerates wear and the frequency of replacement of the ring die.
2. Switch. Open the main motor drive firstly, shut off the feeding motor firstly, do not disturb the order. And feed oil material before turn off the main motor, clean the materials in the press chamber after working, which can provide a convenient use next time.
3. Steam. Ensure that the steam pressure is basically stable, the fluctuation range should be no more than 0.05MPA., which is the guarantee of the normal pellet production.
4. Abnormity. If there is abnormal sound in the production process, turn off machine and check immediately; note maintenance of malfunction, check wear of bearing, film, press roller; and pay attention to whether the foreign body is pressed into the mold hole, avoid to cause greater damage.
5. Load. The machine can’t work overloaded, match power according to the specifications, and do not raise the spindle speed, otherwise it will cause unexpected damage to the machine.
6. Ventilation and fire. The raw materials of ring die pellet mill include: melon husk, scrap wood, crop straw, all belong to the fuel, so the workplace should maintain ventilation and avoid fire.
