The friction between ring die and roller will increase if ring die is not in order, pellet machine vibration will enhance, resulting in extreme damage to pellet machine and capacity. Using hammer to remove ring die will has a bad damage, especially for cone ring die.
Pay attention to its length, mass, distance, cleanliness when select the ring mold bolts. Firstly, too long or too short can damage the screw at the ring die; secondly, do not use inferior bolts, bolts and ring mold are interdependent influence each other; then, make sure that the bolts fixing ring mold has sufficient torque; and finally, to maintain cleanness of bolt holes, do not have dirt.
Ring die hole has straight hole, stepped hole, outer and inner conical tapered bore hole. Different shapes have different problems. As for cone ring die, avoid bruise or scratch when installs new ring die, clean up drive cone rim of its cone machine, oiled assembly. For hoop style ring die, protecting and checking its mounting surface it’s also nece.
