The production capacity of straw pellet machine is influenced by many factors, including raw material, feeding, steam, and production operation, but production operation is the most critical among those. So, how can we improve the capacity? We will provide some methods in the following.
It’s easy to wear and big noises when there is too small gap between roller and moulding-die; conversely, influence materials press production. Generally we adjust according to the pellet diameter, about 0.05---0.3mm. In addition, it also needs to be particularly emphasized that the new model and the new roller should be used cooperatively.
For prudence, put hand on discharge handle of straw pellet machine at the beginning, let little material get into the moulding-die, and then observe whether the pellet output is normal, pay attention to the current changes ant the same time. If the pellet production is normal and current is stable, then gradually increase the feeding to standard feeding; on the contrary, check and solve the problems.
Add enough butter to pressure roller, we usually use high temperature resistant lithium grease, avoid burn bearings because of the high temperature; adjust the material scraper at the same time, otherwise material will be difficult to enter the gap of press roller and moulding-die. Before turning off the granulating machine, add oily materials to replace the original material in order to avoid materials get hard and product smoothly next time.
