Ring die pellet machine sometimes is abnormal in production, although this is a normal phenomenon in the use of the machine, but in the economic production activities, time is money, production is guarantee. So it is very necessary to master the basic maintenance knowledge, in which related to the capacity are two main problems, solutions are as follows:

1. Not produce particles

Do simple preliminary judgment when it happens, check the material can normally enter press chamber, if no materials, check deposit hopper, security magnet, auger, cleared eyewinker, blocking dredge; if there is materials, confirm the die hole, water content, pressure and clearance and other problems. Solve it according to cases, corresponding measures is opening die hole, increasing the steam flow and pressure and clearance.

There are many factors influenced capacity, under the constant ratio of raw materials, moisture, raw material crushing fine degree, particle compression ratio, feeding, current can influence the particle production. At this time also need adjust according to the specific circumstances, such as: adjust steam flow regulation, improve quality of crushing, replace loop die, check the feeding system, increase the packing auger speed, increase the material flow. The operation of the machine needs to cooperate in harmony, any small mistakes may have a direct impact on production, so do good in checking before machine working and dealing with abnormal situation after the working.
