The Large differences between the Flat Die Pellet Mill and the Ring Die Pellet Mill

1.Application scope
   Compare with the flat die pellet mill, ring die pellet mill has a better press results of hard pressed and dispersing materials and thus it has a more wider application, which is widely used in the production of feed processing, straw sawdust biomass pellet forming, compound fertilizer production, marigold particles suppress, oil and plastic pellet.

2.Feeding and discharging.

   Ring die pellet mill adopts mechanical force feeding, high-speed rotating centrifugal distribution into the granulation chamber, distribute materials through a scraper; material feeding and discharging speed is fast, high efficiency; flat die pellet mill press materials into pressure chamber by its own weight, which realize uniform feeding and low breakage rate. 

3.Adjustment method of the pressure and the pressure wheel

   The diameter of the ring die pellet mill is limited by the diameter of the ring die, but the flat die has more free space in the choice of bearing and pressure. From the wheel pressure regulating mode, the ring die pellet mill adjust the pressure through the two screws in the center of pressure round; flat die pellet mill is used silk thread to adjust.
