1.Ring mold material
   Ring die is generally made by carbon steel, alloy steel or stainless steel which produced by calcination, machining, jig hole and heat treatment processes. Users choosing raw material should according to the corrosivity of the ring die, strong corrosive materials should be used in alloy or stainless steel ring die, attention!
2. Compression ratio
   Compression ratio refers to the ratio between the diameter and effective length of ring die. Users should select according to different quality and raw materials. A lower compression ratio can helps to increase production, reduces energy consumption, decreases wear of ring die, but it will reduce its quality, pellet is not tight enough.
3.shape of the die orifice
   Ring die orifice shape has straight holes, stepped holes, outer and inner tapered bore tapered bore, the specific choice depends on the raw materials. An external tapered hole suitable for handling high-fiber, such as crop stalks; internal tapered hole is suitable for processing materials like grass powder.
4.Opening rate of the die hole
   The opening ratio generally is the ratio of ring ring die bore total area and effective area. More higher rate, more higher the capacity. For some materials, the ring die wall is too thin to burst in the reasonable compression ratio condition, so increase the thickness and decompression hole under ensuring the effective length of the die hole.
